  1. Introduction

BroadPosta is a curated business listing and visibility platform designed to promote legitimate businesses, organizations, professionals, and institutions through structured directory publication and visibility services.

All listings submitted to BroadPosta are subject to review, moderation, verification, and approval prior to publication.

By submitting a listing application, activating a listing, or using BroadPosta services, applicants agree to comply with these Listing Policies.

  1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for publication on BroadPosta, businesses and organizations must:

  • operate legally within their jurisdiction,

  • provide accurate and verifiable information,

  • maintain professional business conduct,

  • comply with applicable laws and regulations,

  • and meet BroadPosta quality and publication standards.

BroadPosta reserves the right to request supporting verification documents where necessary.

  1. Listing Review Process

 

All submitted listings undergo a review process before activation and publication.

  1. Listing Approval & Activation

 

Approved listings must complete the required activation process before publication.

Activation may include:

  • payment confirmation,

  • plan verification,

  • or additional onboarding requirements.

Listings remain inactive and unpublished until activation is successfully completed.

  1. Prohibited Listings & Content

BroadPosta does not permit listings that involve or promote:

  • illegal activities,

  • fraudulent services,

  • deceptive business practices,

  • counterfeit products,

  • hate speech,

  • discriminatory content,

  • adult or explicit services,

  • harmful or dangerous products,

  • spam or misleading advertising,

  • malicious software or phishing activities,

  • unauthorized financial schemes,

  • or any activity that violates applicable laws or public safety standards.

BroadPosta reserves the right to remove or decline any listing considered unsuitable for the platform.

  1. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is:

  • accurate,

  • current,

  • complete,

  • and authorized for publication.

BroadPosta is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by listing applicants.

Providing false or misleading information may result in:

  • listing suspension,

  • removal,

  • account restrictions,

  • or permanent disqualification from the platform.

  1. Media & Content Standards

All uploaded media, logos, promotional materials, and descriptions must:

  • belong to the applicant or be properly authorized,

  • maintain professional quality,

  • comply with copyright laws,

  • and accurately represent the business.

 

BroadPosta may reject or remove:

  • low-quality images,

  • copyrighted material,

  • misleading promotional graphics,

  • offensive content,

  • or inappropriate branding materials.

  1. Subscription & Billing Policy

 

Certain BroadPosta visibility and publication services require paid activation or subscription plans.

 

Subscription fees may cover:

  • listing activation,

  • platform administration,

  • directory management,

  • visibility services,

  • promotional placement,

  • and publication support.

 

Subscription charges do not guarantee:

  • customer leads,

  • sales,

  • business performance,

  • search engine rankings,

  • or commercial outcomes.

  1. Refund Policy

 

Subscription and activation fees may become non-refundable once:

  • listing review has commenced,

  • activation processing has started,

  • publication services have been delivered,

  • or promotional placement has been assigned.

 

Where appropriate, BroadPosta may request revisions or resubmissions before declining a listing.

Refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of BroadPosta unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Listing Suspension & Removal

BroadPosta reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or remove listings that:

  • violate platform policies,

  • contain inaccurate information,

  • engage in prohibited conduct,

  • fail to maintain subscription requirements,

  • generate repeated complaints,

  • or negatively impact platform integrity.

 

Suspended or removed listings may lose associated visibility and publication benefits.

  1. Enterprise & Sponsored Placements

Enterprise placements, sponsored visibility services, and corporate partnership arrangements may be governed by separate agreements or customized service terms.

 

BroadPosta reserves the right to determine placement structure, promotional visibility, and sponsorship eligibility.

  1. Intellectual Property

Applicants retain ownership of their submitted business content and branding materials.

By submitting content to BroadPosta, applicants grant BroadPosta permission to:

  • display,

  • publish,

  • promote,

  • distribute,

  • and optimize listing materials within the platform ecosystem and associated promotional channels.

  1. Platform Integrity

 

BroadPosta maintains the right to:

  • moderate listings,

  • reorganize categories,

  • update publication standards,

  • improve directory structures,

  • and protect the integrity of the platform.

 

BroadPosta may update listing formats, visibility structures, or operational processes without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

BroadPosta provides business visibility and directory publication services on an “as available” basis.

 

BroadPosta is not liable for:

  • business losses,

  • missed opportunities,

  • customer disputes,

  • service interruptions,

  • indirect damages,

  • or outcomes resulting from listing performance.

 

Applicants remain solely responsible for their business operations and customer interactions.
